Make sure to provide as much information as possible:

• Car brand, model, year, engine
• ECU manufacturer, ECU type, ECU number
• ECU memory type
• Attach original memory content file to your post.

Having this information, our Tech Team will attempt to develop a new solution, especially for you!

Support Folder is one of the folders found in Immo Bypass, used for current cases of tech support. 

When a technician works on your case, he will upload the new solution to Support Folder. Thanks to this, you can easily locate the solution and use it.

When the solution is working and the case is closed, the solution is relocated to the appropriate folder in the database.

Immo Bypass license is assigned to:

If you want to log in on another device, you need to wait 24 hours for the license to be released.

It takes 24 hours to release the license. After this time, you can log in on another device.

You can switch between assigned PC and mobile devices instantly, but you cannot use Immo Bypass on both devices at the same time.

It may be caused by the fact that your email doesn't support large attachment sizes. If the problem continues, we suggest that you change your email address to one that supports large attachment sizes (e.g. Gmail). If you already have a Gmail account and still have this problem, check your SPAM folder or go to your Immo Bypass Account Settings and check if you entered your email address correctly. If the problem continues and you still don't receive files, contact developer@carlabimmo.com.

Yes. You can change the email address for receiving files from Immo Bypass in Your Account Settings. Once there, you can update your account details, including email address.

Important: Please note that the email that you use to login to Immo Bypass will remain the same. You can only change the email address for receiving files from Immo Bypass.

Due to security reasons, we were forced to create this limitation. However, for a typical worksop use, sending one file in 8-9 minutes is more than enough in most cases.

Before purchasing the license, we recommend that you browse the database to see the solutions available in Immo Bypass.

The invoices for Immo Bypass subscription are issued automatically using your Immo Bypass Account details. The invoices are sent onto the email address provided during registration.

Only payment using PayPal are activated instantly. If you used another payment method (such as bank transfer), it may take 2-3 business days for your account to be activated.

In each case, you will receive a notification email informing you that your Immo Bypass subscription has been activated.
